Food Service Manager
We are looking for a skilled individual that has an interest in establishing a career as a Food Service Manager.

Job Description:
● Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, test and package food
products.
● Establish and implement processes and procedures to meet work schedules.
● Coordinate work activities with the other company's departments and the management, in
order to maintain smooth operations.
● Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
● Control inventory and order raw ingredients, machinery and other supplies.
● Recruit and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
● Oversee staff hirings and recommend promotions when applicable.
● Prepare production and other reports.
 

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or higher.
● 2+ years of experience in the food sector;
● Previous management or supervisory experience is required;
● Ability to speak English;
● Knowledge of Brazilian cuisine (pastel, coxinhas, churros, açaí etc) is an asset.
 

Must be ok with flexible schedules; Must be available for shifts on weekends;

Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent position (30-40 hours per week)
Salary: CAD$28 per hour
