We are looking for a skilled individual that has an interest to establish a career as Restaurant General Manager.
The qualifying candidate will be focused on personal achievements and has the willingness to learn and grow
forward within the organization.
Job Description:
 Define the restaurant goals and create or approve policies and strategies.
 Coordinate the setup of key departments and senior staff roles, such as kitchen, front of house, and
management positions.
 Allocate resources like ingredients, staff, and budget to execute policies and programs effectively. Implement
financial and operational controls, approve marketing initiatives, and oversee staffing plans.
 Hire middle managers, directors, and other executives to oversee various aspects of restaurant operations.
 Ensure coordination among different areas of the restaurant, such as kitchen, serving staff, and management,
to maintain smooth operations.
 Act as the restaurant representative in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions and
partnerships.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
 2-year College Diploma in Business or related areas;
 5+ years of experience in food sector;
 Previous management experience is required;
 Ability to speak English;
 Ability to speak Portuguese is an asset;

open availability. Must be available for shifts on weekends;
